Cancellation and Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Please call and let us know if you are going to be late. You may be asked to reschedule your appointment or forego parts of the scheduled service if you are more than 15 minutes late.

We ask that you give a 48 hours notice if you will be unable to attend your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours, we will require 50% of the schedule service before booking your next appointment. If you no-call, no-show your stylist, you will be required to pay 100% of the scheduled service before booking your next appointment.

We understand emergencies happen and every situation is different. Please let your stylist know as soon as possible, if you need to reschedule your appointment. These policies allow us the opportunity to alert our other clients of any openings, allowing us to provide the best service possible.
